ORSOL was founded in 1995 by IGOR SOLART and the company specialises in the
manufacture of top of the range architectural elements for the enhancement of the
home. Bertrand Hemery joined the firm at the beginning of 2007 as Managing
Director.

Number one in French for wall dressings
Today ORSOL is the top company in France with its wide range of wall dressings
and it employs nearly 50 people. In 2007 the company's turnover was 8 M euros.
ORSOL has grown steadily in double figures every year and aims for a turnover of
15 M euros in three years time.

A distribution network in France and abroad
ORSOL products are sold by the leading decoration stores in France and abroad,
especially in the United States. They have brought success to the company which
now has over 3,000 clients.

NEC Distribution, a dedicated marketing unit
ORSOL is the leading manufacturer of wall dressings and has a strong growth
strategy. On the initiative of Igor SOLART the company's founder, ORSOL opened a
marketing unit in Bordeaux (Mérignac 33) : NEC Distribution - (Négociateur Expert
Conseiller) The commercial director is Hervé BARRAUD.

NEC Distribution is located in Mérignac, in Gironde, in an easily accessible zone
(airport, TGV). This strategic site is an integral part of ORSOL's project to reinforce its
product distribution network.
