Arcadian designs are produced in a unique cast stone mix, developed specifically by the company. This mix is naturally waterproof, making it ideal for water features. The material is not susceptible to frost. However, precautions should be taken to prevent damage from water freezing in reservoirs and fountain bowls. In many cases simply loosening the cable gland will suffice.
