This workshop maintains the age old techniques of Florentine furniture decoration. The artisans work in the traditional manner, applying gesso on wood and working with earth pigments, gold leaf, shellacs and waxes, to arrive at antique finishes that appear to have truly withstood the test of time. Each piece emerges as a unique work of art, individually hand painted with great care and creativity.
