Established by Pierre Frey in 1935, Pierre Frey is specialised in the creation, manufacturing and marketing
of woven and printed fabrics. Its success is attributable to the wealth of its creations, produced continuously since 1935, and to the diversity of its sources of inspiration. Further,the level of technical quality involved in the production of its fabrics is widely recognised. Patrick Frey, the founder's son and current Group President, creates the collections (two per year).
The PIERRE FREY collection also consists of a Household & Fashion accessories line (cushions, throws, linens , bedcovers, bags, china, paper and stationary products...).
In 2003 Pierre Frey launches its first furniture line including sofas, chairs and armchairs; in 2004 its time for"les meubles habillés", smaller pieces as chairs, coffee tables, stools, benches, footstools...and lamps.
PIERRE FREY owes its world-wide success not only to the richness of its ceaseless creativity since 1935 and its wide-ranging sources of inspiration, but also to its exceptional technical expertise in the manufacture of fabrics, be it in engraving, printing, finishing, dying or weaving. The Pierre Frey is now an interior design group that is both one of the the leaders on the French market and at the same time highly competitive internationally. In the interior decorating world, with collections that enjoy wide notoriety, it personifies a certain know-how and a sense of French tradition to which Patrick Frey is enthusiastically and passionately committed.
