For centuries, the Nymphenburg Porcelain-Manufactory has been located on the circular drive on the grounds of Nymphenburg Palace in Munich. With these breathtaking surroundings, products are created with processes passed down for generations from the preparation of the raw materials to firing and polishing of the gold. The harmony of the surroundings supports the fact that our craftsmen and artisans are in a position to execute their crafts to the highest niveau.
For the design "bowl with rabbit" by Hella Jongerius the Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory was awarded the Design Prize 2006 of the Federal Republic of Germany.
